Many things have washed up on the shores of the Gowanus Creek over the years, but none as tasty and inviting as Littleneck. Opened in 2011 by a few former musicians with the help of some crowdfunding and the veteran restaurateur Alan Harding, this summery spot serves up New England clam chowder, Portuguese fish stew, and full-belly Ipswich clam rolls. There’s a cranking raw bar, killer drink menu, and white-washed wainscoting, so what’s stopping you? (288 3rd Ave., Brooklyn. 718-522-1921.)
