This bistro near the Odéon Theatre has a deceptively old-school vibe, with wood-paneled walls and vintage posters. It’s in fact a newcomer from chef Yves Camdeborde, with menus centered on seasonal produce. (9 carrefour de l’Odéon, 75006. Paris.)
