One of the better places for a decent lunch around the Eiffel Tower, this bistro circa 1908 specializes in southwestern French classics like duck confit, black pudding sausage with apple, and cassoulet. The dining room, with its red-checkered table settings, is refreshingly unhip. (La Fontaine de Mars, 129 Rue Saint-Dominique, 75007.)
