London has its own kind of magic. Less popular than Paris, but, some might argue, the dining capital of the world.. When I set out to draw the city’s restaurants, I wanted to capture all of its raucous charm. A Taste of London is a collection of more than 100 illustrations, each one drawn on-site, often while leaning against a lamppost or standing in a patch of shade. 

Inside, you'll find everything from the atmospheric rooms at Brawn and Clos Maggiore to beloved kitchens like Moro and Honey & Co. These drawings are intentionally simple — just ink on paper — so there's space for you to layer on your own meaning. Maybe you've been to one of these places before, or maybe you’re imagining the meal you'd order if you went.

I also spoke with some of the people who make these restaurants special — chefs, owners, and devoted regulars — and included their stories. This book is both a personal journey through London’s culinary landscape and an invitation to reflect on the places that have stayed with you long after the check arrived.
