Approaching a decade into its run at Lincoln Center, the Nick Valenti directed production Lincoln Ristorante continues to entertain a well-heeled pre-theatre crowd and those equally fortunate folks for whom the food is the thing, as Shakespeare might have put it. Exotic Italian specialties, currently prepared by Shea Gallante, are served with views of the performing-arts campus’s reflecting pool and Henry Moore sculpture, outside, and the excitement and drama of a central, open kitchen, inside. And there is pasta. Don’t forget the pasta. (142 W. 65th St. 212-359-6500.)
